1) The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF ABRA, through the Budget for the Contract Approved by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of TWENTY-ONE MILLION ONE HUNDRED THREE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED THIRTY-FIVE PESOS AND 73/100 (Php21, 103, 935.73) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the IMPROVEMENT OF LEGISLATIVE BUILDING AT PROVINCIAL CAPITOL COMPOUND with Contract ID PGAPEO-CNLA2022&2025(CO)-CW01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
