1) The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF SAMAR, through the 2023 20% DEVELOPMENT FUND intends to apply the sum of SIX MILLION TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PHP 6, 250, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IMPROVEMENT OF LARA SHOWROOM, STA. RITA - Project ID No.: APR15-2023-106. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF SAMAR now invites bids for IMPROVEMENT OF LARA SHOWROOM, STA. RITA. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
