INVITATION TO BID
1. The Barangay KIMBA, Lazi, Siquijor, through the authorized appropriations under the 20% Development Fund 2025, intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Ninety Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Four Pesos (Php 590, 994.00) being the Approved Budget for Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Project, “Improvement of Kimba Multi-Purpose Building”, described below. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay KIMBA now invites bids for the Project, “Improvement of Kimba Multi-Purpose Building”, Delivery of the Goods shall be in accordance with the Delivery Schedule under Section VI. Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
