Description : 1) The Municipality of Esperanza, through the Trust Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos (Php1, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement of Isolation Building (Construction of Pantry). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Esperanza now invites bids for Construction of (6m x 4m) pantry, ceiling, tiles, plumbing fixtures, electrical fixtures and paintings, Poblacion, Esperanza, Agusan del Sur Completion of the Works is required 50 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within “within five (5) years” from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
