1)The Municipal Government of Adams, through the 20% Development Fund CY - 2025 and pursuant to Municipal Appropriation Ordinance No. 08-2024 intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Ninety-Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty-Three Pesos and 37/100 Only (Php 998, 733.37) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IMPROVEMENT OF IRRIGATION FACILITY - Zanjera Buaw, Purok III, Adams, Ilocos Norte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
