1. The NATIONAL IRRIGATION ADMINISTRATION - REGION 3, through the General Appropriations Act of CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Forty-One Million Three Hundred Seventy-Seven Thousand Seventy-Two and 37/100 Pesos Only (P 241, 377, 072.37) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Improvement of Irrigation Facilities of Porac RIS Main Canal West with IB No. NIAR3-2026-PAM-PORAC RIS-18 located in Guagua, Pampanga. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The NATIONAL IRRIGATION ADMINISTRATION - REGION 3 now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Two Hundred Forty (240) Calendar Days.
