1. The NATIONAL IRRIGATION ADMINISTRATION - REGION 3, through the General Appropriations Act of CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Forty-Two Million One Hundred Ninety-Three Thousand Four Hundred Sixty-Four and 96/100 Pesos Only (P 242, 193, 464.96) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Improvement of Irrigation Facilities of Camiling RIS with IB No. NIAR3-2026-TAR-CAMILING RIS-19 located in Camiling and Mayantoc, Tarlac. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The NATIONAL IRRIGATION ADMINISTRATION - REGION 3 now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Three Hundred (300) Calendar Days.
