Description of the service: The contracting of the support service for the implementation of improvements, organizational transformation and change management responds to the need to have specialized technical support that allows analysis, ordering and improvement certain internal processes of the organization, as well as facilitating their effective implementation through a structured methodology and continuous support for the teams involved. The organization requires promoting operational improvement actions and organizational transformation to optimize work circuits, identify inefficiencies, standardize procedures, strengthen coordination between units and adapt internal processes to the current needs of the service. These performances require an external and specialized technical vision, with experience in process analysis, change management and implementation of improvements in complex operational environments. Also, the correct execution of these actions requires not only the definition of proposals for improvement, but also support in their implementation, the dynamism of work sessions with the teams, the documentation of the processes, the monitoring of the actions and the support in the definition of functional requirements that can have an impact on tools or management systems.
