Description : DESCRIPTION
1.The Barangay Nangalisan of Infanta, Pangasinan, through the Budget for the Contract Approved by the Sanggunian, FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS & 00/100 ONLY (₱ 150, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IMPROVEMENT OF HEALTH CENTER PHASE II, BRGY. NANGALISAN, INFANTA, PANGASINAN. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Nangalisan of Infanta, Pangasinan now invites bids for the above-cited procurement project. Completion of the Works is required within Ten (10) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
