1. The Barangay Government of Calabasa, in Gabaldon, Nueva Ecija, through the 20% Dev-t. Fund, intends to apply the sum of fifty-three thousand pesos only (53, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), and is duly approved by the respective Sanggunian, to payments under the contract for the procurement project, Improvement of Health Center, with the following specifications, to wit:
