IMPROVEMENT OF GYM/STAGE AT CACAO, PANABO CITY
1)The City of Panabo, through the - Appropriation Ordinance No.54, Series 2023 - LFP - Supplemental Budget No.2 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Eight Hundred Ninety-Seven Thousand Four Hundred Seven Pesos and Eighty-Three Centavos (P 2, 897, 407.83) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IMPROVEMENT OF GYM/STAGE AT BRGY. CACAO, PANABO CITY. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2)The City of Panabo now invites bids for the Procurement Project stated above whose scope of works is Construction of Gym/Stage. Completion of the Works is required in 60 days. Bidders should have completed, within Ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
