Description : Invitation to Bid for Improvement/ Gravelling of Barroga (Compra) FMR
1. The Municipality of Rizal, Kalinga intends to apply the sum of Php 562, 500.00 that will be sourced from the FY 2026 LDF, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments for the contract under Improvement/ Gravelling of Barroga (Compra) FMR, Public Bidding No. 26-02-001. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Rizal, Kalinga now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 30 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through Negotiated Procurement for Two Failed Bidding pursuant to Section 53.1 of 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
