Improvement of Grandstand “A”
under PR No. 26-02-0124
1) The Jose Rizal Memorial State University-Main Campus, through the Special Trust Fund FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Eight Hundred Seventy-Six Thousand Six Hundred Twenty-Seven Pesos and 30/100 (₱1, 876, 627.30) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement of Grandstand “A”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Jose Rizal Memorial State University-Main Campus now invites bids for the Improvement of Grandstand “A”. Completion of the Works is required within 230 calendar days after receipt of the Notice To Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
