The Local Government Unit of San Miguel, Leyte, through the Local Fund2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty Pesos and 25/100 Only (1, 499, 930.25) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement Grain Dryer House @ Brgy. Bahay, San Miguel, Leyte Purchase Request No-2025-9-458. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
1. The Local Government Unit of San Miguel, Leyte now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required75 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
2. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
