IMPROVEMENT OF GOVERNMENT-OWNED FACILITIES at Barangay Poblacion II
1. The Municipality of Mendez-Nuñez, through the 20% Development Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Fourteen Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty One and 25/100 Pesos (P814, 721.25) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for ITB 2026-004. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Mendez-Nuñez now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Sixty (60) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the New Government Procurement Act of Republic Act (RA) No. 12009.
