1) The BARANGAY MAMBOG, STA. CRUZ ILOCOS SUR through the 20% DEVELOPMENT FUND SY 2026 BUDGETED intends to apply the sum of PHP 100, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IMPROVEMENT OF GOVERNMENT FACILITIES Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The BARANGAY MAMBOG, STA. CRUZ ILOCOS SUR now invites bids for IMPROVEMENT OF GOVERNMENT FACILITIES. Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
