1) The MUNICIPALITY OF LUBA, ABRA, through the RA 7171 intends to apply the sum of Php. 2, 434, 260.00 (Two Million Four Hundred Thirty-Four Thousand Two Hundred Sixty Pesos) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IMPROVEMENT OF GAYAMAN-TILLILO FMR (PHASE V). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The MUNICIPALITY OF LUBA, ABRA now invites bids for IMPROVEMENT OF GAYAMAN-TILLILO FMR (PHASE V). Completion of the Works is required 19 (Nineteen) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within 5 (five) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
