1. The Municipal Government of Baler, through the 20% DEVELOPMENT FUND intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (PhP 450, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IMPROVEMENT OF FISHPORT FACILITIES AND STRUCTURE,
BALER, AURORA (MGB-2026-ITB-014) . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipal Government of Baler now invites bids for the INVITATION TO BID FOR IMPROVEMENT OF FISHPORT FACILITIES AND STRUCTURE BALER FISHPORT, BALER, AURORA (MGB-2026-ITB-014. Completion of the Works required is NINETY (90) CALENDAR DAYS. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
