Description : 1. The Municipal Local Government Unit of Pasil (MLGU-Pasil), through the 20% EDF 2026, intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED NINETY-NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SIXTY-ONE PESOS & 56 CENTS (PHP 499, 961.56) only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract " IMPROVEMENT OF THE FARMERS TRAINING CENTER, DANGTALAN ". Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipal Local Government Unit of Pasil, now invites bids for the aboved Procurement Project. Completion of works is required in Forty (40) Calendar Day. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3.) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a nondiscretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
