Invitation to Bid for Improvement of Farmer-s Multi-Purpose Center-Taboc
1) The Municipal Government of San Juan, La Union, through the RA 7171 Fund (2022) intends to apply the sum of Php1, 000, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement of Farmer-s Multi-Purpose Center-Taboc. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipal Government of San Juan, La Union now invites bids for Improvement of Farmer-s Multi-Purpose Center-TAboc.4 Completion of the Works is required 55 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, 120 months from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
