Description : 1) The Municipality of Esperanza, through the DRRM Trust Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php2, 200, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement of Evacuation Center with Equipment and Equipage. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Esperanza now invites bids for improvement of evacuation center and equipage; PCCP = 608.78 sq.m. with drainage canal and concrete ramp for vehicle maintenance, located at Poblacion, Esperanza, Agusan del Sur Completion of the Works is required 60 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within “within five (5) years” from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”....
