1) The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF AGUSAN DEL SUR, through the 20% PDF CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of FIVE MILLION TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php 5, 200, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IMPROVEMENT OF EVACUATION CENTER AT GOV. D.O. PLAZA GOV-T. CENTER, PATIN-AY, PROSPERIDAD, AGUSAN DEL SUR with Contract Ref No. 26-55 BLDG. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF AGUSAN DEL SUR now invites bids for for IMPROVEMENT OF EVACUATION CENTER AT GOV. D.O. PLAZA GOV-T. CENTER, PATIN-AY, PROSPERIDAD, AGUSAN DEL SUR with Contract Ref No. 26-55 BLDG. Completion of the Works is required 120 CD. Bidders should have completed, a contract similar to the Project.
