Improvement of Evacuation Center
1. The Municipality of Baco through the Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Fund Investment Plan (LDRRMFIP) 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two million pesos only (2, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement of Evacuation Center. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically be rejected at the bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Baco now invite bids for the “Improvement of Evacuation Center”. Completion of the Works is requires sixty (60) calendars days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed and submitted of bid of similar projects within two (2) years. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
