1. The Besao Local Government Unit, through the 20% MDF intends to apply the sum of One Million, Four Hundred Eighty-Two Thousand, and Eight Hundred Ninety Pesos and Thirty-Seven Pesos (PhP 1, 482, 890.37) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement/ Enhancement of Sanguniang Bayan Hall, 2026-06-19B. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Besao Local Government Unit now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders)....
