The subject of the order is the implementation of an investment called Improving energy efficiency in the public sector in the Gnojno commune through thermal modernization of three educational buildings Part I: Thermal modernization of the Primary School in Jarzbki on plot no. 101 of the district Grabki Mae. The scope of the task includes the development of complete design documentation along with obtaining all required agreements, decisions and permits, and then the execution of construction works in the design and build formula. The planned works include: particulars: 1. insulation of ceilings and external walls of the building, 2. replacement of windows and external doors, 3. comprehensive modernization of the central heating installation including replacement of the heat source, 4. replacing lighting with energy-saving ones, 5. installation of a photovoltaic installation, 6. carrying out necessary accompanying works.
