Catmon, Saint Bernard, Southern Leyte. Bid received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Saint Bernard, Southern Leyte now invites bids for the IMPROVEMENT / ELECTRIFICATION OF SUPER RHU located at Libas Relocation Site, Brgy. Catmon, Saint Bernard, Southern Leyte.
