Description : The Barangay Government of Brgy. San Pedro, Quinapondan, Eastern Samar, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Eighty Five Thousand Fifty Three Pesos and 31/100 (Php 185, 053.31), under the 20% BDF of the approved Annual Budget CY 2026, being the Approved Budget for the contract (ABC), to payment under the contract for the Improvement of Electrical Facility at Barangay San Pedro, Quinapondan, Eastern Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
