1) The Barangay Sabang, Lipa City -LGU through the 20% Development Fund of Barangay Budget 2026 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php450, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement of Drainage System at Bahayang Pilipino Village. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Barangay Sabang, Lipa City - LGU now invites bids for Improvement of Drainage System at Bahayang Pilipino Village . Completion of the Works is required within 21 calendar days Bidders should have completed, within 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
