1. The BARANGAY GOVERNMENT OF AGUADO through the GOP 2026 intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION THREE HUNDRED NINETY NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SEVENTY PESOS AND 42/100 ONLY (Php1, 399, 970.42) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for THE IMPROVEMENT OF DRAINAGE SYSTEM ALONG AGUADO PROPER (OPEN CANAL AND INSTALLATION OF R.C. PIPES) BARANGAY AGUADO, TRECE MARTIRES CITY. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The BARANGAY GOVERNMENT OF AGUADO now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required thirty five (35) CD days after receipt of NTP. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
