Description : Invitation to Bid for Improvement of Docboban Footpath at Proper Gusaran
1) The Municipal Government of Kabayan, through the General Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP300, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement of Docboban Footpath at Proper Gusaran located in Gusaran, Kabayan, Benguet. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipal Government of Kabayan now invites bids for construction of footpath, fence and dry riprap. Completion of the Works is required 40 calendar days upon receipt of NTP. Bidders should have completed, within two years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
