Description : 1. The Barangay Local Government Unit of Papaya, through the 20% Development Fund, CY 2025, intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Sixty Four Thousand Three Hundred Ninety Two Pesos & Forty-Nine Centavos only (P664, 392.49) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Improvement of Dinumlot Road at Sitio Upper Pahduan located at Upper Pahduan, Papaya, Kasibu, Nueva Vizcaya with Invitation Number:06-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Local Government Unit of Papaya, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Thirty-Five (35) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3. The Procurement procedure for this requirement is Negotiated Procurement for Two Failed Bidding pursuant to Section 53.1 of 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
