1. The Provincial Government of KALINGA, through the Approved Budget for the Contract accepted by the Sanggunian

Panlalawigan intends to apply the sum of

96, 603.84 IMPROVEMENT OF DAYCARE CENTER, BABALAG WEST RIZAL, KALINGA 25CD

ABC PROJET TITLE PROJECT LOCATION DURATION

being the Approved Budget for the Contracts (ABC) to payments. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically

rejected at bid opening.

2. The Kalinga Provincial Government now invites bids for the two above mentioned projects. Bidders should have completed a
