Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR
IMPROVEMENT OF DAY CARE CENTER AT ROSACARA, BANSUD, ORIENTAL MINDORO
1. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro (PGOM), through the 20% DF 2026 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy Three Pesos and 59/100 (Php 499, 973.59) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Improvement of Day Care Center at Rosacara, Bansud, Oriental Mindoro (IB No. CW-2026-094-B)”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro (PGOM) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 29 calendar days. Bidders should have a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
