The Local Government Unit of Barangay Labangal, General Santos City, through the Barangay Development Fund, intends to apply the sum One hundred nine thousand five hundred seventy pesos and twenty nine centavos. (P109, 570.29) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Improvement of day care center at purok EMB Homes, Barangay Labangal.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The Local Government Unit of Barangay Labangal, General Santos City now invites Bids from eligible Bidders for the Improvement of day care center at purok EMB Homes, Barnagay Labangal. Delivery of the INFRASTRUCTURE is required by 23 calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed (NTP).
