IMPROVEMENT OF DAVILA POTABLE WATER SYSTEM
1) The LGU - PASUQUIN, through the 20% DEVELOPMENT FUND CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Php 999, 993.75 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for MGPIN 2026-06-141 - IMPROVEMENT OF DAVILA POTABLE WATER SYSTEM. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The LGU - PASUQUIN now invites bids for MGPIN-2026-06-141-IMPROVEMENT OF DAVILA POTABLE WATER SYSTEM located at BARANGAY #5 DAVILA, PASUQUIN, ILOCOS NORTE. Completion of the Works is required twenty-four (24) calendar days Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
