Description : 1) The Barangay Local Government Unit of San Carlos, Tukuran, Zamboanga del Sur, through the 20% BARANGAY DEVELOPMENT FUND 2024 intends to apply the sum of SIX HUNDRED SIXTY-FIVE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHTY (Php 665, 780.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement of Covered Court. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Barangay Local Government Unit of San Carlos, Tukuran, Zamboanga del Sur now invites bids for Improvement of Covered Court. Completion of the Works is required 78 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
