IMPROVEMENT OF COURT
MULAWIN, TANZA, CAVITE
The MUNICIPALITY OF TANZA, through the ANNUAL BUDGET APPROVED BY THE SANGGUNIAN, intends to apply the sum of NINE HUNDRED NINETY-NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FIFTY-EIGHT & 86/100 PESOS (PHP 999, 958.86) being the ABC to payment under the contract for INFRA-2026-04-11 IMPROVEMENT OF COURT AT MULAWIN. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The MUNICIPALITY OF TANZA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of work is required within 31 CALENDAR DAYS. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
