Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the comprehensive construction of a sidewalk along with the preparation of an as-built geodetic map. The sidewalk is to be located on plots 1244/3 and 1892/10. 1 Chwalcice at the Boh. Westerplatte 10 building in accordance with map attachment. The length of the sidewalk is approximately 25 m, width 2.0 m. As part of the investment, a plaque with the Civic Budget 2026 logo should be made and installed. Work performed under the CITIZEN'S BUDGET. ATTENTION! WORKS CONCERNING DZIAKI 1244/3 OBRB 1 CHWALCICE currently there is a well-trodden path that runs through another plot that is not covered by the investment. The following works should be performed as part of the investment: 1.1. obtaining the required opinions, agreements, notifications or administrative decisions, if required, 1.2. execution of work earthworks due to the local slope of the terrain. ATTENTION to installations located in the ground, technical wells. 1.3. execution of construction works consisting in the construction of a sidewalk, i.e. construction of a substructure and a paving stone surface, 1.4. assurance proper drainage through transverse slopes, 1.5. connecting the sidewalk to existing pedestrian routes, 1.6. sidewalk adjustment...
