Description : The Barangay Local Government Unit (BLGU) of Barangay San Isidro, Quinapondan, Eastern Samar through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Fifteen Thousand Five Hundred Eighty-Four and 92/100 (Php 215, 584.92) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) under the 20% BDF (2026) to payment under contract of Improvement of Civic Center for Barangay San Isidro, of this municipality. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be rejected at the opening of bids.
The BLGU of Barangay San Isidro thru it's BAC, now invites bid/s for the Improvement of Civic Center. The bidder/contract is expected to commence delivery of materials ten days after the receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
Bidding will be conducted thru an open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary "pass or fail" criteria as specified in the "Implementing Rules and Regulations" (IRR) of the Republic Act (RA) of 9184 otherwise known as Government Procurement Reform Act.
