Description : Scope of Works:
- Demolition of 9.07sq.m. CHB wall and 5 sets of Windows;
-Excavation, Embankment and Gravel Bedding for the concrete pouring of four footings, 22m wall footing l, 5m wall footing 3 and five Stiffener Columns:
-Concrete pouring also includes four columns, five floor beams, seven beams, seven roof beams and floors for the ground and second floor extentions. All concrete structures shall be reinforced with steel bars according to the plan; - Installation of 4-inch (274.08sq.m.) and 6-inch (17.6sq.m.) concrete hollow blocks (CHB) with plaster finish for the building extension;
-Fabrication and installation of trusses 1 and 3 (one unit each), four girt trusses,
C purlins, cross bracing with turn buckles. Sagrods, cleats and base plates;
-Fabrication and installation of 93.75sq.m. pre-painted long-span metal sheets (rib type), gutters, fascia moulding, barge capping, sanitary pipes and fittings, PPR pipes and fittings, and plumbing fixtures;
-Installation of Ceiling Joist and Fiber Cement Ceiling Board (393sq.m.) and Toilet Partition (29.1 4sq.m.);
