Description : 1. The Municipality of Daram, through the 20% Development Fund Projects-2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos only (P1, 800, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement of Circumferential Road (Talisay-Astorga-Birawan-Ubo-Mabini) Brgy. Talisay, Astorga, Birawan, Ubo, Mabini, Daram, Samar, INFRA-DAR-2026-05. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Daram now invites bids for the Improvement of Circumferential Road (Talisay-Astorga-Birawan-Ubo-Mabini) Brgy. Talisay, Astorga, Birawan, Ubo, Mabini, Daram, Samar. Completion of the Works is required within 120 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
