1. The Local Government of Maasim, through the Appropriation Ordinance No. 2026-17-001 intends to apply the sum of Twelve Million Pesos (₱ 12, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Improvement of Central Park, Project ID NO.MAA-SAR-INF-015-2026 at Barangay Poblacion, Maasim, Sarangani Province. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government of Maasim now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Two Hundred Thirty-four (234) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
