1. The NATIONAL IRRIGATION ADMINISTRATION - REGION 3, through the General Appropriations Act of CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Fifty-Three Million Eighty-One Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety-Nine and 97/100 Pesos Only (P 153, 081, 799.97) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Improvement of Canal System at Main Canal, Laterals A, B-1, C, D & F of Camiling RIS with IB No. NIAR3-2026-TAR-CAMILING RIS-26 located in Camiling and Mayantoc, Tarlac. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The NATIONAL IRRIGATION ADMINISTRATION - REGION 3 now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Three Hundred (300) Calendar Days.
