1. The NATIONAL IRRIGATION ADMINISTRATION - REGION 3, through the General Appropriations Act of CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Fifty-One Million Two Hundred Forty-Two Thousand Five Hundred Twenty-One and 38/100 Pesos Only (P 151, 242, 521.38) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Improvement of Canal System at Main Canal, Laterals A, A-1, A-3, A-5 & A-Extra of Camiling RIS with IB No. NIAR3-2026-TAR-CAMILING RIS-25 located in Camiling and Mayantoc, Tarlac. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The NATIONAL IRRIGATION ADMINISTRATION - REGION 3 now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Three Hundred (300) Calendar Days.
