Description : Prospective bidders should possess a valid PCAB license applicable to the contract, have completed a similar contract with a value of at least 50% of the ABC. The BAC will use non-discretionary pass/fail criteria in the eligibility check/screening as well as the preliminary examination of bids. The BAC will conduct post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid.
Bid Documents are available during office hours starting June 8, 2026, at the BAC-Secretariat, Lanna Barangay Hall and upon payment of a non-refundable amount for bid documents as shown above to the BLGU Treasurer, Lanna.
All sealed bid proposals should be received by the BAC Chairman/Secretariat on or before June 22, 2026, Monday, 10:00 AM at BAC Meeting Room, Lanna Barangay Hall, Lanna, Tabuk City, Kalinga.
