Invitation to Bid for Improvement of Canal
1. The Barangay Local Government Unit of Guilayon, through the 20% Development Fund - 2025, intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty-One Pesos and Thirty Centavos (₱309, 731.30) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Improvement of Canal at Purok Cabayag, Guilayon, with Project Identification Number 3823. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Local Government Unit of Guilayon now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the works is required within thirty (30) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
