The Provincial Government of Cagayan through the AIP 2024 - 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Five Hundred Thousand pesos only (10, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement of Cabayu - San Juan - Tulong Provincial Road, A. Consrruction of Line Drainage Canal and Installation of RCPC, B. Construction of Box Culvert, Ballesteros, Cagayan (2024-20% DF- BAL-011).Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
