Description : 1) The Barangay Government of Busa, Sabangan, through the 2026 Local Government Support Fund - Growth Equity Fund (LGSF-GEF) intends to apply the sum Three Million Nine Hundred Thousand One Hundred Sixty-Nine Pesos (Php. 3, 900, 169.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IMPROVEMENT OF BUEN ACCESS ROAD. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Barangay Government of Busa, Sabangan now invites bids for Improvement of Buen Access Road. Completion of the Works is required ninety (90) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
