Improvement of Bontoc Water System- INFRA 2026-27
1. The Municipal Local Government Unit of Bontoc through the General Appropriation Act or Special Appropriations, intends to apply the sum of Six million, seven hundred thirty-one thousand, three hundred thirty-two and 56/100 only (Php. 6, 731, 332.56) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement of Bontoc Water System) INFRA 2026-27 received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipal Local Government Unit of Bontoc now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 117.00 CD. Bidders should have completed, a contract similar to the project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II.
