Improvement of Bindoy Covered Court
1. The Municipality of Bindoy, Negros Oriental, through the Municipal Development Fund CY 2026 20% of the municipality of Bindoy intends to apply the sum of Four Million Pesos (PhP 4, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Improvement of Bindoy Covered Court by Straight Contract. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Bindoy, Negros Oriental now invites bids for the Improvement of Bindoy Covered Court, Poblacion, Bindoy, Negros Oriental. . Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Five (105) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
